Antigua, Guatemala Wedding

My first two weddings of 2016 took place in the beautiful country of Guatemala and because I didn't have anything scheduled in between them, I decided to stick around. I ended up spending over 6 weeks in Central America, adventuring out to Belize & Honduras as well. Even with that much time accumulated, I still can't wait to go back because that is how special of an area it is. Andrea & Chris found me through a referral and I am thankful that our paths were able to cross. A testament to how amazing they are is shown by the 180 guests that flew from all over to be a part of their big day. The day before the wedding we roamed the streets taking photos to assure that we could give Antigua the proper time it deserves. The wedding itself was held at Casa Santo Domingo but we ventured out to Santa Clara for the first look. During the sunset Catholic ceremony we could hear the volcano erupting, which sounds like thunder, an experience never to be forgotten. As soon as the reception began the dance floor was full, people from Ohio certainly know how to party. It only stopped after 2am when the venue basically had to kick us out. I would party with these kids any day.
