Split, Croatia Engagement | Robyn + Keegan

Robyn has been a mutual friend of mine for many years but it wasn't until recently that I got to know and love her. We immediately clicked thanks to our similar personalities and am super bummed that they recently made the move to Las Vegas for Keegan's job. Luckily, with our group being full of nomads, I still get to see my distant friends often. This past July a group of 10 of us, organized by my good friends Jona & Jerry, made a trip out to Croatia to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. Initially, we weren't planning on doing a big session, just a few photos at sunrise to capture the beauty of Split without a swarm of tourists. However, I was so inspired at 5am by this charming city that I couldn't help myself to continue on, dragging them around and up to the top of the hill for 2 hours. We can all agree though that it was absolutely worth the post shoot exhaustion and nothing that a nap on the beach couldn't cure. I am so happy to have gotten to know both of them even better on this trip and look forward to not only visiting them in their new home but also shooting their wedding day in one of my favorite cities, San Francisco, next May.
