Covenant Presbyterian Church & Hotel Van Zandt

In honesty, it's always difficult for to write about an event that was over a year ago. I don't want to discredit it's magnificence in any way but it's hard to articulate exact moments and details but that is exactly why I am a photographer, to create photos that jog beautiful memories. I have been behind on blogging as I was spending a good chunk of my time exploring the world but as I am slowing down and focusing more on my business again, I am allowing myself to remember how amazing some of these weddings I photographed really were. After looking at these photos again that have been sitting in a draft blog post for upwards of 6 months waiting for me, I am reminded of how sweet the moment was that Bailey's bridesmaids saw her for the first time at the church, her walking up to her father with her mother watching nearby, and the way their guests got down on the dance floor at Hotel Van Zandt to one of my favorite bands, The Matchmaker Band. Huge thanks to Becky from Brock & Co who quite simply knows how to get stuff done, always a blast working with her and some of my absolute favorite wedding vendors in Austin. ❤
